The perfect candidate will be an impeccable communicator, with a proven track-record in an agency environment for at least 7+ years.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all planning across multiple brands, working with senior Client Service and Creative Service team members
  • Develop, conceive, execute, and analyze research to understand key insights
  • Effectively craft creative briefs and brief teams
  • Foster strategic brand development based on market knowledge and customer insights
  • Translate insights into actionable campaign elements
  • Propose, sell and lead key strategic workshops and initiatives internally and with clients
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and customer POVs
  • Communicate directly with clients and establish relationships with internal teams
  • Develop deep understanding of assigned brands, category and competitive set, with expertise in consumer packaged goods
  • Serve as lead planner on new business pitches, from internal preparation through presentation attendance

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of strategy experience

  • Expertise with digital channels (e.g., web, mobile, CRM, social media, search)

The candidate will lead the day to day execution of our Clients’ digital marketing (ECRM, Website, Promotion, Digital Display Ads) and social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, and more). Social Media Community Manager

Revolution Digital is the digital partner for many Fortune 500 companies and their household name brands. As such, we develop social media marketing strategies and then manage the communities that we grow for these brands. The Social Media Community Manager will help to build and actively cultivate online communities of consumers across multiple social media channels. The position will be responsible for implementing our content plans and serving as the active brand voice for each unique brand. The person in this role has the ability to engage consumers through appropriate conversation as well as provide support as needed.

This person should have excellent writing skills, be able to think on their feet and have extreme attention to detail. Each branded community has its own tone and social media guidelines that need to be carefully followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Post social media content on appropriate social channels according to provided marketing plans. Content may be posted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube, Google+
  • Actively manage communities for several key brands including:
    • Answering consumer questions
